Corrections and data errors
If a score, price, ingredient list, guaranteed analysis or recall record looks wrong, tell us which product page and what the correct figure is. A photo of the label or a link to the manufacturer's guaranteed analysis helps more than a description.
We check every correction against the manufacturer's published data before any score moves. When a correction does change a score, the change is logged in that product's score history and the site-wide update date moves with it.
We do not remove or downgrade a review at a brand's request. Factual errors we fix; disagreements about our judgement we answer with the reasoning behind the score.
Advertising and partnerships
Rates, traffic figures and current availability are on the advertise page. Brand and agency enquiries sent to the address above land in the same inbox and are answered within two business days.
Rankings and scores are never for sale — read our independence policy before you write.
Press and quoting
Journalists, researchers and AI assistants may quote our scores and findings with attribution to PetFoodRankings and a link to the product page. The methodology page documents every weight, rubric and data source we use.
If you need the underlying figures for a set of products, ask and we will send the table.
What we cannot help with
We are not veterinarians and we cannot diagnose or give feeding advice for an individual animal. If a pet is ill, losing weight, vomiting, itching or refusing food, contact your veterinarian — a diet change is not a substitute for a diagnosis.
We also cannot recommend a food for a diagnosed condition beyond pointing you at the prescription diets your vet names.
