The short version
PetFoodRankings participates in affiliate programs operated by pet retailers. When you click a “Check price” link on this site and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.
This never affects our scores or rankings. Commission rates are identical across products in a category, and no brand can pay to move up a list.
How commissions work here
Affiliate links are marked with rel="sponsored" in our code. If a page contains affiliate links, an affiliate disclosure appears near the top of that page. You will never be charged more for using one of our links — the retailer pays the commission out of its own margin.
Prices and availability shown or linked are accurate as of each page's last-updated date and can change at any time. We are not the seller: orders, shipping, returns and warranty questions belong with the retailer.
Our independence commitments
1. No brand can purchase a ranking position, a score, or a review. 2. We do not accept payment for “sponsored” rankings dressed up as editorial picks. 3. Free products, when received, are disclosed on the product page and scored identically. 4. Advertisers have no preview or approval over editorial content. 5. Affiliate relationships are re-audited whenever rankings are updated.
Product images and photography
The pack shots on our product pages are photographs published by the respective manufacturers, reproduced here in unaltered form — we only resize and recompress them — for the sole purpose of identifying the exact formula each review covers. Product photography and trademarks remain the property of the manufacturer or its photographer.
We believe this is lawful editorial use: the purpose is review and commentary rather than advertising, only as much of the image as is needed to identify the product is used, and a review page does not substitute for the manufacturer's own marketing. Where a retailer's affiliate program grants partners a license to use its product images, that licence applies to the images we display.
If you own rights to an image on this site and would like it removed or replaced, email tungchi [at] yeah.net and we will take it down promptly. Every product page falls back to a neutral, self-generated card when a photograph is unavailable, so removal never breaks the page.
